This shop is the epitome of why I love living in a smaller town. Their genuine customer service included multiple in-depth discussions about different types of pool tables and balls, working with us to determine the type of table and corners we had i... n our home, and allowing us to make payments leading up to our table recovering. While in our home, they were complete professionals, got our table recovered and corners replaced, and even left us a hand drawn note on our white board. They are beyond knowledgeable and always have time to educate their customers and answer any and every question you could think of. The icing on the cake? They sent a handwritten thank you note through the mail for allowing them to recover our table.
