I was looking for a two piece pool cue to get re-started with my childhood passion of shooting billiards. After some thorough research, I traveled out to Franklin Billiard Company in Franklin Missouri. It's hard to put in to words how impressed I was... with the knowledge of the whole Preiss family. I worked primarily with Darla, the co-owner of vice president but also had the opportunity to meet their daughter as well as Jeff the co-owner and president. I thought I knew a lot about pool cues and accessories but I quickly realized that I did not. If you need to know anything about billiards, that's tables, cues, chalk, etc. you need to go see Darla. Not only is the family, extremely knowledgeable, they are an absolute delight to be around and work with. I did shop around a bit, but my heart and mind always took me back to Franklin Billiards. Their genuine customer service included multiple in-depth discussions about different types of pool tables and balls, working with us to determine the type of table and corners we had i... n our home, and allowing us to make payments leading up to our table recovering. While in our home, they were complete professionals, got our table recovered and corners replaced, and even left us a hand drawn note on our white board. They are beyond knowledgeable and always have time to educate their customers and answer any and every question you could think of. The icing on the cake?
